Vault. Fill. Clear.

The system does the filing. A reviewer signs off. You send the pack.

One verified entity file

The vault starts from your registry extracts and the files you already have, then stays current on a statutory refresh calendar.

Entities, directors, UBOs and powers of attorney in one structure
Documents sorted, dated and version-tracked on arrival
Org charts generated from the data, not drawn by hand

Every inbound form, filled

Forward a questionnaire, a PDF or a platform invite. Counterpass maps it to the vault and fills it in the counterparty's own format.

Every answer cites the source document it came from
Every answer carries a confidence score
Adapters per platform, preferences learned per counterparty

A person clears the pack

The review queue shows only what needs a decision. Everything else is filed, cited and logged before you open it.

Red-list fields are always decided by a person
Missing items are requested by secure link, reminders stop on receipt
The full trail lands in a tamper-evident audit log
Earned autonomy

Autonomy is earned,
never assumed.

A field is only cleared without review after the system has proven itself on that field, pack after pack. Drag the slider to see how that works.

The autonomy model, illustrated

0 50 0 packs reviewed

An illustration of the model, not live data. Thresholds are set per field and per form template, and reset when a template changes. Red-list fields never become autonomous, whatever the track record.

Track record, not model confidence

A model being sure is not evidence. Autonomy is granted per field from the record of human-confirmed fills, and withdrawn when the record breaks.

The red list is permanent

Regulatory classifications, sanctions declarations and tax identifiers are always decided by a person. No volume of clean fills changes that.

Every release is logged

Who cleared what, on which evidence, under which version of the form. The audit log is hash-chained, so the trail itself is tamper-evident.

The other half

Collecting from people,
without the chase.

Half the work is getting a passport photo from a director or a renewed signature from an investor. Politely, securely and on time.

One single-use link per person. No account, no password, minutes to complete.
Every request states who is asking, why the law requires it and what happens without it.
A director, an investor and a UBO each get their own reason, items and tone.
Sign online, or print, sign and photograph. Phone photos are straightened and sharpened.
Reminders stop by themselves the moment someone signs or uploads.
Action needed: 2 items for the fund
From: your fund via Counterpass Verified sender

You are receiving this as director of the fund's legal owner. The power of attorney you signed expires next month, and your passport copy on file reaches its refresh date.

Why this is asked: anti-money-laundering law requires the fund to keep the identification of its directors and signatories current.
